All listings are reviewed before being posted on the site. If your listing does not pass the coastalmariner.com review process, you will be notified by email, at which time you may modify the listing and resubmit it. The following are guidelines to keep in mind when creating a listing. Listings may not:

contain a URL;
contain profanity;
contain nudity;
include photos that are inappropriate for the listing.

Indemnification

If you list a boat on the coastalmariner.com site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless coastalmariner.com from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's or legal fees) arising out of any action or other proceeding brought against coastalmariner.com to the extent that it is based on a claim that the content you have provided (including any photos or other listing information), or your use or misuse of the coastalmariner.com site, infringes any third-party Intellectual Property Right, is libelous or defamatory or otherwise results in injury or damage to any third party.

Billing

In order to list a boat for sale on coastalmariner.com, you must enter your credit card information in the billing information form after creating your listing. Users will be charged immediately a monthly advance fee per listing for a period of one month.

In the event that your boat listing is not accepted, we will send you an email stating so, and will issue a credit back to your credit card.

Your ad will run for the time frame you selected and then will automatically be removed from the listings. To extend or renew your ad call customer service or renew via our website.

Any changes to this billing policy or the monthly advance fee will be posted on the site in a reasonable timeframe to let users view the changes before they take effect.
